So, it – people are being counted on to do specific pieces of the puzzle. And the most important thing I think you can do for somebody who’s really good, and who’s really being counted on, is to point out to them when they’re not – their work isn’t good enough. And to do it very clearly, and to articulate why and to get them back on track.

So, it – people are being counted on to do specific pieces of the puzzle. And the most important thing I think you can do for somebody who’s really good, and who’s really being counted on, is to point out to them when they’re not – their work isn’t good enough. And to do it very clearly, and to articulate why and to get them back on track.
で「だから、その、、困難な問題解決へのパズルの個別のピースを解決することを期待されている人たちです。そして、優秀な人たち、本当に頼りにできる人材のために私たちができる最も重要だと思うことは、彼らに指摘してやることです。彼らの仕事の結果がいまいちな時に。そしてそれをとてもはっきりと言ってやること、なぜ十分でないかをはっきりと述べることです。そして彼らを正しい方向に引き戻してやることです。」という意味になります。

people are being counted on to do ～ で「その人々は、～をすること当てにされている」です。
people は前述されている really good people「とても優秀な人たち」のことです。
are being counted on で「当てにされている、頼りにされている、期待されている」です。
are being counted on と are counted on との違いは以下を参照してください。

count on ～ で「～を当てにする、～を頼りにする、～に任せる」という意味の句動詞です。
例：Don’t count on me.「私を当てにしないでね。」
何を当てにされているかというと、
to do specific pieces of the puzzle. で「個別のパズルのピースをやることを」です。
piece of puzzle は比ゆ的な表現で「問題解決への個別のピース」を意味しています。
specific は「個別の、具体的な、限定された、特定の」といった意味の形容詞です。

And「そして」
the most important thing I think you can do for somebody who’s really good, and who’s really being counted on, までが主語になります。
核となるの部分が the most important thing「最も重要なこと」です。
連鎖関係代名詞節で (that) I think ～「私が思うに」
you can do for ～ で「人が、できること、～のために」です。
you は総称人称のyouで「人が、誰かが」という意味になります。
つまり「人が～のためにできることで私が最も重要だと思うこと」という意味になります。
誰のためにできることかというと、
for somebody who’s really good で「とても優秀な誰かのために」です。
and who’s really being counted on で「また、とても期待されている（誰か）」です。

その一番大事なこととは、
is to point out to them で「指摘をすること、彼らに」です。
point out ～ は「～を指摘する」です。
ここでは先に to them がきて、～の部分の、何を指摘するのかは後置となっています。
when they’re not で「彼らがそうでないときに」
not の後には (really good) が省略されていると考えて「あまり優秀とは言えないとき」です。
何を指摘するかというと、
(that) their work isn’t good enough. で「彼らの仕事の結果が十分でないと」です。
work はここでは「仕事」というよりも「仕事の結果、作品、業績、アウトプット」という意味あいです。

And to do it very clearly, で「そして、それを非常にはっきりとやること」です。
つまり、上記で述べた「あなたの仕事結果は十分ではない」と指摘してやることを、ハッキリと実行すること、ということです。

and to articulate why で「そして、なぜなのかを明確に述べること」です。
articulate アー[ティ]キュレイトゥは「～をはっきりと発音する」という意味もありますが、ここでは「（考えや意見など）～をはっきりと述べる」という意味です。
名詞形は articulation アーティキュ[レ]イションで「明瞭な発音、メリハリ感」です。

and to get them back on track.「そして、彼らを正しい軌道に戻してやること」です。
get ～ back on track で「～を軌道に戻す、正しい軌道に修正する」です。
track は「（列車などの）軌道」という意味から、
on track で「軌道に乗って、順調に進んで」という意味になります。
例：You are on the right track.「合っているよ（いい線行っているよ）。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

So, it – people are being counted on
だから、その、彼らは期待されているのです

to do specific pieces of the puzzle.
問題解決に向けた個別の課題に対処することを

And the most important thing
そして最も重要なこと

I think you can do
私が思うに、皆ができること

for somebody
～な人のために
