There is a real vulgarity in the way women dress at the moment. They show off too much and try too hard. They don’t understand where the line is between sexy and vulgar. I know where that line is.

There is a real vulgarity in the way women dress at the moment. They show off too much and try too hard. They don’t understand where the line is between sexy and vulgar. I know where that line is.
で「今の女性たちの着こなしにはとても下品なところがあります。彼女たちは目立ち過ぎて、行き過ぎている。セクシーさと下品さの線引きがどこかを理解していない。そのラインがどこかを私はわきまえている。」という意味になります。

There is a real vulgarity で「大きな下品さがある」です。
ここでの real は「大きな、かなりの」という意味です。
例：There is a real difference in ～.「～には大きな違いがある。」
vulgarity ヴァゥ[ギャ]リティで「下品さ、俗悪さ、やぼったさ」という意味の名詞。
形容詞形は vulgar [ヴァ]ゥガーで「下品な、洗練されていない、粗野な、育ちの悪い」です。
例：vulgar gossip「低俗なうわさ」
in the way women dress で「女性たちが着るやり方において」です。
つまり女性たちの着こなしに、です。
in the way (that) ～ で「～する方法で、～するやり方で、～する点で」という意味が作れます。
women「女性たちが」 dress「服を着る」 the way「やり方」
at the moment. は now と同じ意味で「現在、今」という意味です。

They show off too much で「彼女たちは見せびらかし過ぎている」
and ～「また～」
try too hard「やり過ぎている、無理をしている、（無理をして）わざとらしい」です。

They don’t understand where ～「彼女たちは～がどこかを理解していない」
where the line is で「その線がどこかを」
between sexy and vulgar. で「セクシーと下品の間に」

I know where that line is. で「私は知っている、その線がどこにあるかを」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

とても下品なところがある
