で「良い態度を保ち、たとえそれが難しくても正しいことをしなさい。そうすれば、あなたは試練に合格しているのです。そして神は、あなたにとって特別な瞬間が訪れることを約束しています。」という意味になります。

Keep a good attitude で「良い態度を保ちなさい」です。
good attitude は「立派な態度」です。
and ～「そして～」
do the right thing「正しいことを行いなさい」です。
even when it’s hard. で「たとえそうすることが難しい時でも」

When you do that で「そうする時」
you are passing the test. で「あなたは試練に合格している」です。
the test とはここではキリスト教における「試練」という意味です。
神が人間の信仰や従順さを試すために課すものです。

And ～「そうすれば～」
God promises you (that) ～ で「神はあなたに～を約束する」
your marked moments are on their way. で「あなたの定められた祝福の時が間もなく訪れることを」です。
your marked moments も宗教的な意味合いで「定められた祝福の瞬間」
marked「印をつけられた、定めされた」です。
are on their way. で「間もなく訪れる」です。
their は your marked moments を指しています。
be on one’s way で「途中にある、ここに向かいつつある、（赤ん坊が）おなかの中にいる」です。
例：The ambulance is on its way.「救急車が向かっています。」

この言葉の主、ジョエル・オスティーン氏は日本ではあまり知られていませんが、アメリカ最大のメガチャーチ「レイクウッド教会」の主任牧師（実質的な支配者）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

Keep a good attitude
立派な態度を保ちなさい

and do the right thing
そして良いことを行いなさい

even when it’s hard.
たとえそうすることが難しい時でも

When you do that
そうする時

you are passing the test.
あなたは試練に合格している
