で「映画やポップカルチャーは、こういうことを完全に誤解しています。ひらめき（ユリーカ）の瞬間が一度だけ訪れるという考え方は危険なウソです。そういう経験が自分にないことで自分はダメなんじゃないかと感じさせるし、せっかくいいアイデアの種を持っている人たちのスタートを妨げてしまいます。ああ、それともうひとつ。映画がイノベーションについて間違って描いていることがあります。誰もガラスに数式なんて書きません。そんなの実際にはやらないんです。」という意味になります。

Movies and pop culture get this all wrong. で「映画やポップカルチャーはこれを全部誤解している。」です。
get ～ wrong で「～を間違ってとる、誤解する」
this all で「このことを全部、このことを完全に」
pop culture とは、主に「大衆受け」を狙ったコンテンツを指します。
例えばテレビ番組、漫画、ゲーム、インフルエンサー、ネット上のミームなどです。

The idea of a single eureka moment で「このたった一度のひらめきの瞬間という考え方」です。
eureka ユァ[リ]ーカで「分かった！」という意味です。I have found it! を意味するギリシャ語から来ています。
is a dangerous lie. で「～は危険な嘘である。」

It makes us feel inadequate で「それは私たちを不十分だと感じさせる。」です。
make ～ feel … で「～に…だと感じさせる、～を…な気持ちにさせる」です。
inadequate で「不十分な、不適当な、無力な」という意味の形容詞です。
in-（否定）+ adequate「適正な、十分な」
since we haven’t had ours. で「自分のそれを得なかったから」です。
ours は先程の a single eureka moment を指しています。
つまり、映画の主人公みたいなひらめきの瞬間なんて自分にはなかったから、です。

It prevents ～ from …ing で「それは～が…するのを妨げる」
people with seeds of good ideas「いいアイデアの種を持った人々」が、
from getting started.「スタートすることを」妨げる、です。

Oh, you know「あ、あとそれから～」
(you know) what else movies get wrong about innovation?「映画がイノベーションについて他に勘違いしていることは何だかわかる？」です。
No one writes math formulas on glass.「誰も窓ガラスに数式なんて書かない。」
That’s not a thing.「そんなものはない。」です。
