I am from a country formerly colonised by the British, one famous for tea. I have found that the best way to annoy British people is to casually drop a teabag in a mug of cold water and stick it in the microwave. I don’t even like tea. I do it just for the trolling entertainment.
で「私はかつてイギリスに植民地支配されていた国出身で、その国は紅茶で有名です。イギリス人をイラッとさせる一番効果的な方法は、マグカップに冷たい水を入れて、そこに何気なくティーバッグをポンと入れ、そのまま電子レンジに入れることだと私は気づきました。そもそも私は紅茶が好きなわけでもありません。ただ彼らをからかって楽しんでいるだけです。」という意味になります。
I am from a country ～「私は～な国出身だ」
(a country) formerly colonised by the British, で「かつてイギリスに植民地支配されていた（国）」です。
formerly で「かつて、以前は」という意味の副詞。
形容詞形は former で「かつての、元～」です。
例：former president「元大統領」
colonise は colonize とも書いて「～を植民地支配する」です。
名詞形は colony で「植民地」です。
, one famous for tea. で「紅茶で有名な国」です。
ここでの one は a country の言い換えになっています。

(that) the best way to annoy British people is ～ で「イギリスの人々をイラつかせる最良の方法は～」
annoy ～ で「～をイライラさせる」
to casually drop a teabag in ～ で「悪びれもなく、～にティーバッグを落とし入れる」
(in) a mug of cold water「冷たい水が入ったマグカップ（に）」
and ～「そして～」
stick it in the microwave.「それを電子レンジに突っ込む（こと）」です。
casually は「よく考えずに、平気で、何気なく」です。
a mug of ～ で「～が入ったマグカップ」です。
例：a cup of tea「紅茶の入ったカップ」
stick ～ in … で「～を…に突っ込む」です。丁寧に置くというよりも、ポンと雑に入れるイメージです。
例：Stick it in your bag.「カバンに入れといて」
I don’t even like tea.「私は紅茶が好きですらない。」
I do it「私はそれをする」
just for ～「～のためだけに」
the trolling entertainment.「釣りの楽しみ（のために）」
trolling はもともとは釣り用語で「流し釣り」という意味ですが、
ネットスラングでは、掲示板などで「人を釣る、煽る」という意味になります。
例：cyber troll「ネット荒らし」
