Aged 11 I hated my teacher and keyed his car. As an adult I worried that this act meant I was a sociopath. Saw said teacher a few years ago in an airport having a go at his wife. Turns out he’s still a massive twat and 11 year-old me was just an excellent judge of character.
で「11歳のとき、私はその先生が大嫌いで、彼の車に鍵で傷をつけた。大人になってから、その行為は自分がソシオパス（反社会的な人間）だという意味なのではないかと心配していた。ところが数年前、空港でその先生を見かけたら、奥さんを怒鳴りつけていた。結局のところ、彼は今でもとんでもないクズで、11歳の頃の私はただ人を見る目が抜群に良かっただけだった。」という意味になります。
Aged 11 で「私が11歳の時」です。
(When I was) aged 11 の略ですね。
I hated my teacher「私は先生が嫌いだった」です。
hate ～ で「～が嫌いだ、～を憎む」です。
and ～「それで～」
(I) keyed his car. で「私は彼の車を鍵で傷をつけた。」です。
key a car で「車に鍵で傷をつける」という意味になります。日本では「10円パンチする」と言いますね。
As an adult「大人になって、大人になってから」です。
as ～ は「～として」以外にも、「～の時に」という意味があります。
例：as a child「子供の時に」
I worried that ～「私は～だと心配した」
this act meant (that) ～「この行為は～ということを意味する」
(that) I was a sociopath.「私がソシオパスである（ことを）」です。
sociopath は「反社会的人間」という意味の名詞。
(I) saw said teacher で「その先生を見かけた」です。
Saw said と動詞の過去形が連続してちょっと混乱しますが、
said はここでは形容詞で「先ほど言った、先程述べた」という意味です。
said teacher で「さっき言った先生、先述の先生」です。
a few years ago「数年前に」
in an airport「空港で」
having a go at his wife.「奥さんを怒鳴りつけている（その先生を）」です。
have a go at ～ はイギリス英語で「～を怒鳴りつける、～を激しく非難する」という意味の慣用句。
have a go at ～ には他にも「～に挑戦してみる、試しにやってみる」という意味もあります。
It turns out (that) ～ で「結局は～だった」です。
he’s still a massive twat 「彼は今でもひどいクソ野郎である」です。
twat は「くそ野郎、嫌な奴」という意味のイギリス英語スラング。
massive は「巨大な」という意味ですがここでは「ひどい、重度の」です。
and ～「そして～」
11-year-old me was just ～「11歳の私がただ～だった」
an excellent judge of character.「非常に人を見る目がある人間（だった）」です。
judge は「裁判官、目利き」という意味ですので、an excellent judge of ～「～を非常によく判定できる人」です。
character はここでは「人格、人柄、品性」です。
それはまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

先生が嫌いだった

それで彼の車に10円パンチをした
As an adult
大人になってから
I worried that
～だと心配した

この行為は～を意味すると
