United there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided there is little we can do — for we dare not meet a powerful challenge at odds and split asunder.

で「私たちは、ここまで述べたことを誓う。いや、それ以上のことを誓う。文化的・精神的な起源を同じくする古くからの同盟国に対して、私たちは忠実な友としての変わらぬ忠誠を誓う。団結していれば、数々の協力事業において、私たちにできないことはほとんどない。分裂していれば、私たちにできることはほとんどない。なぜなら、対立し、ばらばらに引き裂かれた状態で、強大な試練に立ち向かうわけにはいかないからである。」という意味になります。

This much we pledge — and more. で「私たちは、ここまで述べたことを誓う。（いや）もっとだ。」という意味です。
This much はここでは「ここまで、これだけ」という意味です。
例：This much is certain: things will change.「これだけは確かだ。状況は変わる。」
To those old allies で「そうした古くからの同盟国に対して」
whose cultural and spiritual origins we share で「文化的・精神的な起源を我々と同じくする（それらの同盟国）」です。
cultural and spiritual origins で「文化的・精神的な起源」です。
spiritual は「宗教的な、精神的な」という意味合い。
(that) we share で「（それらの起源を）私たちと同じくする」です。
share ～ で「～を同じくする、～を共通するものとして持つ」です。
例：share the same dream「同じ夢を持つ」
we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. で「私たちは誓う、誠実な友としての忠誠を」です。
faithful friend は「決して裏切らない友」です。
faithful は「信心深い、誠実な、人を裏切らない、浮気をしない」という意味の形容詞。
loyalty は「忠実さ、忠義の厚さ」です。
例：a faithful husband「浮気をしない夫」、a loyal husband「妻の味方であり続ける夫」
faithful は特に「貞節・誠実さ」、loyal は「忠誠・支持」の感じが強いです。
United は分詞構文で、(Being) united, ～ と考えられます。
意味としては、If we are united, ～「もし私たちが団結していれば、」を短くした形です。
there is little we cannot do で「私たちができないことはほとんどない」です。
little はここでは「ほとんどない」という否定的な意味で使われています。
we cannot do は little を後ろから修飾していて、「私たちができないこと」という意味です。
つまり there is little we cannot do で「私たちができないことはほとんどない」→「私たちにはほとんど何でもできる」という意味になります。
in a host of cooperative ventures.「たくさんの協力事業において」です。
a host of ～ は「たくさんの、数多くの」という意味の言い回しです。
cooperative ventures は「協力事業、共同事業」です。
Divided も同じく分詞構文で「もし分裂していたら」と考えられます。
there is little we can do「私たちのできることはほとんどない」
— for ～「なぜなら～、というのも～」
for はここでは理由を表す接続詞。格調の高い文体や書き言葉でよく使われ、日常会話ではあまり使われません。
we dare not meet a powerful challenge で「わたしたちは強大な試練に立ち向かうわけにはいかない（から）」です。
dare not ～ で「～できない、とても〜するわけにはいかない」です。
meet a powerful challenge の meet ～ は「～に対処する、立ち向かう、応じる」です。
at odds で「対立して、反目しあって、食い違って」という意味です。
and ～「そして～」
split asunder.「ばらばらに裂けて」です。
asunder で「ばらばらに」という意味の副詞。
例：fall asunder「ばらばらになって崩れ落ちる」
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
