In your hands, my fellow citizens, more than mine, will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded, each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. The graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe.

In your hands, 「
my fellow citizens,「市民の皆さん」
more than mine,「私の手以上に」です。
will rest (in) ~「(~に)委ねられることになる」
the final success or failure of our course.「私たちの行く末の最終的な成否は」です。
In your hands
主語は、the final success or failure of our course で、
The final success or failure of our course will rest in your hands, more than mine.

Since this country was founded,「
each generation of Americans「各世代のアメリカ人たちは」
has been summoned to ~「~するために招集されてきた」
to give testimony to its national loyalty.「自分たちの国への忠誠を宣誓証言するために」です。
its national loyalty. の its は each generation of Americans を受けています。

The graves of young Americans「
who answered the call to service「兵役の求めに応じた(アメリカ人たちの)」です。
