Evangelical Christians は「福音派キリスト教徒」です。
アメリカの福音派は、聖書の権威を重視する保守的なプロテスタント系キリスト教徒。
特に南部や中西部に多く、共和党の重要な支持基盤の一つとして政治的にも大きな影響力を持っています。
megachurch（メガチャーチ） と呼ばれる巨大な教会では、バンド演奏・大型スクリーン・照明などを使って、ロックコンサートのような礼拝（worship service）を行うことがあります。
are the heart of the Republican Party’s base,「共和党の支持基盤の中核である」です。
Republicans は「共和党」です。保守的（conservative）
アメリカ二大政党のもう一方は、
Democrats「民主党」です。リベラル（liberal）、進歩的（progressive）
and ～「そして～」
their views help to explain ～「彼らの考えかたは、～を説明するのに役立つ」です。
view はここでは「ものの見方、考え方、見解」です。
help to do ～ で「～するのに役立つ、助けになる」という意味の言い回し。
(explain) America’s hostility towards Europe「アメリカのヨーロッパに対する敵意（を説明するのに）」です。
hostility ホス[ティ]リティで「敵意、反感」です。
during Donald Trump’s second term.「ドナルド・トランプの第2次政権下で」

The bellicosity has been striking,「その好戦性は非常に顕著なものだった」です。
bellicosity は「好戦性、けんかっ早さ」です。
形容詞形は bellicose [ベ]リコウスで「好戦的な」
striking はここでは「顕著な、目立った」です。
and ～「そして～」
it leaves many Europeans baffled.「それは多くのヨーロッパ人を困惑させている。」です。
leave ～ …「～を…の状態のままにしておく」です。
baffled は単なる confused より、なぜそうなるのか理解できず「面食らっている」というニュアンスです。

America’s latest national security strategy,「アメリカの直近の国家安全保障戦略は」
挿入的に説明して , released last November,「（それは）昨年11月に発行された」
castigated Europeans for ～「ヨーロッパ人たちを～だと厳しく非難した」です。
castigate 「～を厳しく非難する、懲戒する」という意味の動詞。
criticise より強く「痛烈に批判する」というニュアンス。
for ～ は「～のかどで、～のことで、～の罪で」という意味の前置詞です。
(for) embracing “civilisational erasure”「文明の消去を受け入れていることを」
embrace ～ は「～を受け入れる」です。
civilisational erasure「文明の抹消」です。
erasure で「消すこと、抹消、消去」
動詞形は erase イレイス で「～を消す」
消しゴムの eraser でお馴染みですね。
by over-regulating the economy「経済を過度に規制することによって」
and ～「また～」
allowing mass immigration.「大量の移民を流入させること（によって）」です。
つまり「文明の抹消」とは、上記のような理由で、ヨーロッパ固有の文化・国民的アイデンティティ・価値観が失われていく、ということですね。
