sort は「種類」という意味の名詞です。

including は「～を含んだ」という意味の前置詞です。
動詞形 include は「～を含有する、～を含む」です。
例：include ～ in a price「～を価格に含める」

heaps of ～ で「～の山、たくさんの～」という意味になります。
heap は「（積み重なった）山、堆積物、積み重なった物」という名詞です。
例：
heap of money「大金」
heap of mikans「山盛りのみかん」
また動詞として「山盛りにする、タップリと与える」という意味にもなります。
例：heap gifts on the boss「上司にたっぷりの贈り物をする」
