で「海外旅行者マーケットに向けて、パッケージは、有名なお酒のイメージと一緒に、美しい桜の花のデザインを特徴としています。」という意味になります。

aimed at ～ は「～に向けて」という意味の言い回しです。
例：aimed at a domestic market「国内市場向けの」、aimed at teens「十代をターゲットとした」
aim は名詞では「的、照準、標的」という意味で、動詞では「銃などで狙う」という意味になります。

the packaging features ～ は「パッケージングは～を特徴としている、～をあしらっている」という意味になります。
feature フィーチャーは「特徴づける、特色となる、呼び物にする、～を特集する」という意味の動詞です。
例：logo featuring an apple「リンゴをあしらったロゴ」、show featuring semi-naked men「セミヌードの男性を呼び物としたショー」

along with ～ は「～と一緒に、～と連動して、～に添えて」という意味です。
例：clap along with a song「歌に合わせて手をたたく」

well-known liquor は「よく知られた酒」です。
well-known は「有名な、広く知られた」という意味の形容詞です。
liquor リカーは「お酒」です。
例：liquor shop「酒店」
