Today, my father stumbled upon the quickest way to get me out of bed in the morning: ripping out my nose stud. FML
で「今日、うちの父親が、朝私をベッドから出す最速の方法を思いついた。私の鼻ピアスをむしり取ることだ。　*ck my life!」という意味になります。

stumble upon は「～を偶然見つける、偶然発見する」という意味の句動詞です。
stumble は先週の土曜日にも登場しました。
「よろめく、つまずく」という意味の動詞ですが、よろけて～に偶然ぶつかるという意味から「偶然出くわす、巡り合う」という意味です。
例：stumble on a stone「石につまずく」、stumble upon a nice restaurant「たまたま素晴らしいレストランを発見する」

the quickest way to get me out of bed in the morning で「朝私をベッドから引っ張り出す最速の方法」です。
get me out of bed で「私をベッドから出す」です。
get ～ out of … で「～を…から出す」という意味になります。
例：get someone out of difficulty「（人）を苦境から救いだす」、get someone out of jail「（人）を刑務所から出す」
out of は from とほぼ同じ「～から」という意味になります。

rip out ～ で「～を剥ぎ取る、～をむしり取る」という意味の句動詞です。
rip は「引き裂く、破る、切り取る」という意味の動詞です。
例：Jack The Ripper「切り裂きジャック」、rip a page out of ～「～からページを破りとる」

nose stud で「鼻ピアス」という意味になります。
stud は「鋲の頭、飾り鋲」という意味です。
輪っか状のものではなくて、棒状の物に頭の部分が飾りになっているもののことですね。
