で「私は一人の移民として、一般的なアメリカ人よりもはるかに、この国で持ついろいろな自由にありがたみを感じています。沈黙は倫理観の大きな敵です。私たちが歴史の中で犯した大失敗を繰り返してほしくはありません。」という意味になります。

Gloria Estefan はキューバからの移民です。赤ちゃんの時にアメリカに移り住んでいます。

As an immigrant で「一人の移民として」という意味です。
immigrant は「移民」という意味です。
動詞形は immigrate [イ]ミグレイトゥで「移民する、他国に入る」です。

I appreciate the liberties we have in this country で「この国で持てる自由にありがたみを感じています」です。
appreciate は「高く評価する、ありがたく思う、真価を認める」という意味の動詞です。
例：I appreciate it.「感謝いたします。」

far more than the average American は「一般的なアメリカ人よりもはるかに（多く）」です。
far more than ～ で「～よりもずっと多く」という意味の言い回しです。

Silence is a big enemy of morality. で「沈黙は倫理観の大きな敵です」です。
差別や待遇の悪さには、遠慮せずに「声を上げ」て抗議するということですね。

I don’t want our blunders in history to get repeated で「私は、私たちが歴史の中で犯した失敗を繰り返してほしくない」となります。
want ～ to do で「～にdoしてほしい」という意味になります。
blunder は「大失敗、ポカ」という意味の名詞です。
例：make a blunder「ドジを踏む、へまをする」
