で「この世界は争いや和解できないことでいっぱいだ。でも、我々には和解し一切の混乱を受け入れることができる瞬間がたまにある。それこそが私が言う”ハレルヤ”という言葉の意味だ。」という意味になります。

This world is full of conflicts で「この世界は争いで満ちている」という意味になります。
full of ～ で「～でいっぱいだ」という意味の表現です。
conflict は「いざこざ、衝突、争い、紛争」という意味の名詞です。

and full of things that cannot be reconciled で「和解できないことでいっぱい」です。
things that cannot be reconciled で「和解できないこと」です。
reconcile は「和解させる、仲直りさせる」という意味の動詞です。
例：reconcile a dispute「争議を調停する」

But there are moments when we can… reconcile and embrace the whole mess で「でもたまに、我々は一切のいざこざを和解し受け入れられる瞬間がある」です。
there are moments when ～ で「～する時がある」です。
moment は「わずかな時間、瞬間、ひと時」です。
moments と複数形なので、「ちょいちょいある」という意味合いです。
embrace the whole mess で「一切合切の混乱をうけいれる」です。
mess は「混乱、めちゃめちゃ、ごたごた、散らかった様子」です。
粥状のドロッとした食べ物、ごちゃ混ぜのものというイメージです。
例：mess of papers「散乱した書類の山」

that’s what I mean by ‘Hallelujah.’ で「それが”ハレルヤ”というい言葉で私が表したいことだ」です。
that’s what ～ で「それが～ということだ」という意味の表現パターンです。
悟ったことを言いたいときに使える表現です。
例：That’s what being young is all about.「青春とはそういうものだ」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
