falsify フォルシファイは「改ざんする、偽る」という意味の動詞です。
例：falsify a record「記録を改ざんする」
specification data で「仕様データ」です。
specification は「仕様書、明細書、規格」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は specify で「～を明確に述べる、～を規定する、指定する」です。

なんのデータかというと、
for products supplied to the aerospace, automotive and electric power industries「航空宇宙・自動車・電力業界に供給される製品の（仕様データ）」です。
aerospace で「航空宇宙」という意味です。
automotive は「自動車の」という意味になります。
例：automotive body「自動車の車体」、automotive company「自動車メーカー」
