で「それなのに、話しているときに人が聞いてくれないという経験を多くの人がしています。それはなぜなのでしょう？どうすれば世界に変化をもたらすほどに力強く話せるのでしょうか？」という意味になります。

And yet ～ は前述の文を受けて「それなのに、それにもかかわらず」という意味の言い回しです。

many people have the experience that ～ で「多くの人が～という経験をしている」です。
have an experience で「経験する、経験を持つ」です。

どんな経験かというと、
when they speak, people don’t listen to them. で「自分が話しているときに、人が話を聞いていない」というい経験です。
when they speak で「彼らが話しているとき」です。
they とは、前述の many people のことですね。

And why is that? で「それはなぜなのか？」です。

How can we speak powerfully to make change in the world? で「どうすればできるのか、力強く話せるのか、世界を変えるほどに」です。
make change in the world は「世界を変える、世界に変化をもたらす」ですが、もうちょっと軽い意味合いでも使うようです。
