で「しかし飛びぬけたリーダーや飛びぬけた組織は、規模や産業を問わず、みな内から外へ向けて考え行動し伝達します。」という意味になります。

前回の文では、普通の人は from outside in「外から内へ」流れるのに対して、
とびぬけたリーダーは from inside out「内から外へ」考えて行動するということです。

the inspired leaders and the inspired organizations までが主語です。
inspire は「ひらめきを与える、元気づける、動機づける」という意味の動詞です。
そこから、inspired は「飛び抜けて素晴らしい、インスピレーションを受けた、神がかりの」という意味の形容詞になります。
例：inspired musician「素晴らしい音楽家」

regardless of their size, regardless of their industry は「規模や産業に関わらず」です。
regardless of ～ で「～に関わらず、～を問わず、～は関係なく」という意味の言い回しです。
size はこの場合「（会社の）規模」のことです。

all think, act and communicate from the inside out で「～は皆、内から外へと考え行動し伝達する」です。
all は副詞で「みんな」という意味になります。
主語と動詞の間においてよく使われます。
from the inside out で「内側から外側へ」となります。
内から外へとは、ゴールデンサークル（※動画の板書を参照）で見ると、why → how → what の順番です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
