Let me give you an example. I use Apple because they’re easy to understand and everybody gets it.
で「例をあげましょう。私はアップルを使っています。なぜならそれらは理解しやすいし、誰でもすぐ使い方が分かるからです。」という意味になります。

Let me give you an example. で「例をあげましょう」となります。
Let me ～ で「～させてください」という意味の言い回しです。
とてもよく使われる言い回しなので覚えておきましょう。
例：let me see「ちょっと見せて」、let me think「ちょっと考えさせて」
give you an example で「一つ例を挙げる」となります。

I use Apple because ～ で「私はアップル製品を使っています、なぜなら～」となります。

they’re easy to understand and everybody gets it. で「それらは理解しやすいし、誰でも理解できるから」となります。
they は Apple (products) 「アップル製品」のことですね。
everybody gets it は「みんなそれを持っているから」ではなく、「誰でも理解できるから」です。
get it は「わかる、理解する」という意味の慣用句です。
understand と同じ意味になります。
例：get it right「正しく理解する」、I got it「わかったよ」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

例を挙げましょう

I use Apple
私はアップル製品を使っています

because
なぜなら

they’re easy to understand
それらは理解しやすいし

and everybody gets it.
誰でも（使い方が）分かるからです

今度は「頭の中で」一行ずつ日本語に訳しながら…

次はいちいち日本語に訳さずに読んでみましょう。
