be associated with ～ で「～を思い起させる、～のイメージと結び付けられる」という意味の言い回しです。
associate は「～と結び付ける」という意味の動詞で、
名詞形 association は「つながり、関連、協会、同盟」などという意味になります。

どんなイメージと結び付けられるかというと
with solitude, relaxation, and contemplation なので「孤独、リラクゼーション、熟考と」です。
solitude サリテュードゥは「孤独、独りぼっち」という意味の名詞です。
悪い意味の独りぼっちという意味だけでなく、孤独を楽しむという意味合いもあります。
relaxation は「リラックスすること、くつろぐこと」です。
cotemplation は「黙ってじっくり考えること、瞑想」です。
例：self-contemplation「自己内省」

something to be savored after dinner で「夕食の後に味を楽しむもの」です。
savor セイヴァーで「味わう、賞味する、味や香り風味を楽しむ」という意味の動詞です。
例：savor life「人生を楽しむ」、sip and savor「ちびちび飲んで風味を楽しむ」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
