Today, I was in a car accident with my dad. A wheel slammed into my door, dislocating my arm and breaking it in three places. Later on, the people who hit us came over and gave my little sister a gift basket. She wasn’t even in the car. FML
で「今日、父と一緒に乗っていた車で自動車事故に遭った。車輪がドアに激突して、腕を脱臼した上に３箇所骨折した。後で私たちにぶつかった人がやってきて私の妹に贈り物の詰め合わせをくれた。妹は車に乗ってもいなかったのに。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was in a car accident with my dad. で「父と一緒に乗っていた車で自動車事故に遭った」です。
be in a car accident で「乗っていた車で事故に遭う」という意味です。
car accident で「交通事故」ですね。

A wheel slammed into my door で「車輪が私のドアに激突した」です。
wheel はこの場合「車輪、タイヤ」です。
通常は車のタイヤは４つなので wheels ですが、この場合は外れた一個が飛んできたという意味合いですね。
slam は「ばたんと占める、激しく打つ、たたきつける」という意味の動詞です。
バスケットのスラムダンクでおなじみの言葉ですね。
例：slam a car door「車のドアをばたんと閉める」、slam down「たたきつけるように置く、電話をガチャンと切る」

dislocating my arm and breaking it in three places. で「腕を脱臼して、３箇所骨折した」です。
dislocate は「脱臼する、関節が外れる」です。
例：dislocate one’s jaw「顎が外れる」
break は「壊す」ですが、この場合は「骨を折る、骨折する」です。
例：break one’s left leg「左脚を骨折する」

Later on, the people who hit us came over and gave my little sister a gift basket. で「後になって、私たちにぶつかった人たちが訪ねてきて妹に詰め合わせをくれた」です。
the people who hit us 「私たちにぶつかった人たち」までが主語です。
hit は「～を車でひく」という意味もあります。
例：hit by a car「車にひかれる」
come over は「やってくる、訪ねてくる」です。
gave my little sister a gift basket で「私の妹に贈り物のバスケットをくれた」です。
little sister は「妹」です。
younger sister とも言います。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
