で「ソニーの新型AI搭載犬型ロボットAiboの売上が日本で好調な滑り出しとなった。電子機器大手のソニーの発表によると、一月のリリースから三か月間で11,1111ユニットが売れた。」という意味になります。

主語はちょっと長いですが、
Sales of Sony Corp.’s new artificial intelligence-equipped Aibo robot dog で「ソニーの新型AI搭載ロボット犬Aiboの売上」です。
sales of ～ で「～の売上高」となります。
artificial intelligence（acronym ではAI）は「人工知能」です。
artificial で「人工の」です。
例：artificial eye「義眼」、artificial fertilizer「人工肥料」、artificial human「人造人間」
artificial intelligence-equipped なので「AIが備わった、AI搭載の」です。
equipped は epuip「装備する」の形容詞形で「備わった、装備された」です。
例：equipped with a wine cellar「ワインセラーが備わっている」

are off to a solid start で「（売上が）堅調なスタートを切る」です。
be off to a ～ start で「～なスタートを切る」という意味の慣用句です。
例：off to a bad start「悪いスタートを切る、出だしでつまずく」、off to a first-class start「最高のスタートを切る」

with the electronics giant saying that ～ で「電子機器大手ソニーが～と発表した」です。
with ～ ing の形はいわゆる「付帯状況」を表していて「～しながら、～している中で」という意味合いです。
electronics giant は「電子機器大手」という意味の表現です。
大手企業言うときに使う言葉です。
例：construction giant「建設大手」

何と発表（saying）しているかかというと
11,111 units were sold in the three months since its release in January. で「1月のリリース以来3カ月間で11,111体が売れた」と発表したです。
11,111 はワンワンワンワンワンの語呂合わせですね。少なくともそれくらいは売れたということでしょう。
