アメリカ合衆国第44代目大統領のバラク・オバマの言葉です。

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
で「待っていても変化はやってこない。誰が別の人や、またいつかと思っていたら。私たちが待っているのはまさに私たち自身なのだ。私たちこそ私たちが求めている変化なのだ。」という意味になります。

Change will not come で「変化はやってこない」です。

if we wait for some other person or some other time. で「他の人やまたの機会を待っていたら」です。
wait for ～ で「～を待つ」という意味の句動詞（phrasal verb）です。
some other person で「（自分ではない）他の人」です。
some other time は「（今ではない）別の時、また次の機会」という意味です。
例：Let’s talk about it some other time.「その話はまた別の時にしよう。」

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. で「私たちが待っているのはまさに私たち自身」です。
We are the ones なので「私たちこそ、その人である」です。
the ones we’ve been waiting for. で「私たちが待っている人は」です。
人に頼らずに、自分から行動を起こそう！という意味ですね。

We are the change that we seek. で「私たちこそ、我々が求めているその変化なのだ」です。
seek は「探し求める、得ようと努力する」という意味の動詞（verb）ですね。
例：seek a better life「よりよい生活を求める」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

～を待っていたら

some other person or
誰か他の人や

some other time.
また別の時を（待っていたら）

We are the ones
我々がその人だ

we’ve been waiting for.
私たちが待っている（その人）
