で「日本ではほとんどの電車の車両の隅で優先席を見かけます。電車の他の座席と形もサイズもほとんど同じですが、プライオリティーシート（優先席）は、乗車中、立っているのではなくどうしても座る必要がある人のためにあります。」という意味になります。

In the corner of ～ で「～の隅に、～の片隅に」です。
just about every train car で「ほとんどの車両に」です。
just about every ～ で「ほとんどの～」という意味が作れます。
例：just about everybody「ほとんど誰でも」
この場合のabout は「おおよそ」という意味ですね。
you’ll find a bench of “priority seats.” で「優先席の座席を見つけるでしょう」となります。

While they’re shaped and sized just like any other seats on the train, で「それらは他の電車の座席と形もサイズもほぼ同じではあるが」です。
while ～ は「～である一方で、～ではあるものの」という意味の接続詞（conjunction）です。
just like ～ で「～と全く同じ」です。
shaped just like ～ で「～と同じ形をしている」となります。
sized just like ～ で「～と同じサイズである」となります。

the priority seats are there for ～ で「優先席は～の為にそこにある」という意味です。
be there for ～ で「～のためにある、～のためにいる」という意味の言い回しです。

誰のためにあるのかというと、
passengers who have an especially strong need for a place to sit で「特にどうしても座る場所が必要な人」です。
have a strong need for ～ で「どうしても～が必要である」という意味になります。
a place to sit で「座る場所」ですね。

as opposed to stand, during their journey. で「たつのとは対照的に、電車での移動中に」となります。
as opposed to ～ は「～とは対照的に、～するのではなく」です。
例：cheapness as opposed to its quality で「品質ではなく安さ」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
