Agree? で「このアイデア気に入った。このようなテーマの飲食店が増えれば、障害を持つ人たちが何千人と雇えるんじゃない？特に聴覚障害や言語障害の人たち。」という意味になります。 restaurants with this kind of theme で「このようなテーマの飲食店」です。 theme は日本語ではテーマですが、スィームと発音しますので注意しましょう。 日本でレストランというと和食・らーめん屋などは含まない感覚ですが、restaurant は「飲食店」という意味合いになります。 employ thousands of handicapped fellows で「何千人もの障碍をもつ方々を雇う」です。 handicapped は「障害を持つ」という意味の形容詞です。 例：mentally handicapped person「知的障害のある人」 fellow は「やつ、仲間」などと言う意味で、親愛をこめた人の呼び方です。 fellows や people「人々、人達」をより砕けた感じにした言葉です。 especially those who are deaf and mute で「特に聴覚障害と言語障害の人々」です。 those who ～　で「～な人々」という意味の言い回しで、よく使われる表現です。 例：those who are less fortunate「恵まれない人々」 deaf は「聴覚障碍者、ろう者、耳の不自由な」という意味です。 mute は「言語障碍者、口がきけない」です。
