then は直前の文を受けて、「それなら」と言う意味合いを付け加えます。
thank goodness for ～ で「～があって良かった、～に感謝しよう」と言う意味になります。

pamphlet で「パンフレット」です。
同じ意味で brochure ブロウ[シュ]ァーもよく使われます。

カタログに何が載っているのかというと、
a line of clothes geared specifically towards agricultural workers で「農業従事者に特化した服のライン」です。
geared towards ～ で「～に向けた、～を対象とした」です。
geared to ～ とも言えます。
今回は、geared specifically towards ～ なので「～に専門特化した」です。

and works hard to promote brightness, color and beautiful patterns in all of its products. で「そして、その製品の全てで、明るさ、カラフルさ、美しい模様などを頑張ってお薦めしている」です。

The end results は「その最終結果」です。
上記のように、明るくてカラフルで美しい模様を押し進めた「結果」です。
Ghibli-esque coords で「ジブリ風のコーデ」です。
-esque エスクは「～風の」と言う意味を作ります。
coods は coodinates コーディネイツ「コーディネート」の略語です。
(that) look classically cute while still being practical で「実用的でありながら、古風でかわいらしく見える（コーデ）」ですね。
while still ～ で「～でありながらも」と言う意味を作ります。
