で「もし私たちが、目的にかなった環境で、意識的に聞こうとする人に向けて、効果的に話していたとしたら、世界はどんなふうになるでしょうか？」という意味になります。

仮定法です。
What would the world be like で「（もし～だったとしたら）世界はどんな感じだろう？」となります。
この場合の like は「～のような」という意味です。
would は仮定法で使われて「（もし…なら）～だろう」という意味合いです。
例：What would your ideal husband be like?「（あなたがもし持てるとしたら）理想の夫ってどんな感じ？」

if we were speaking powerfully で「もし私たちが効果的に話していたとしたら」です。
powerfully は「力強く」ですが、この場合は「効果的に、説得力を持って」という意味合いです。
例：powerful speech「説得力のあるスピーチ」

to people who were listening consciously で「意識的に聞こうとする人に向けて（話す）」です。
listen consciously で「意識的に聞く」です。
conscious は「意識的な、故意の、意図的な、自覚している」です。
例：conscious effort「意識的な努力」
対義語は、unconscious アンコンシャスで「無意識の、知らず知らずの、自覚していない」です。

in environments which were actually fit for purpose? で「本当に目的にかなった環境の中で」です。
fit for purpose で「目的に適った」です。
この場合は、「話を聞く」という目的に適った環境という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

世界はどんな感じになるだろうか？

if
もし～ならば

we were speaking powerfully
私たちが効果的に話し

to people who were listening consciously
意識的に聞こうとする人に向けて

in environments which were actually fit for purpose?
本当に目的にぴったりの環境の中で
