株式会社アロマジョインが開発した、Aroma Shooter01 のことです。

can instantly disperse and switch through six types of fragrances, で「6種類の芳香を即座に散布し切り替える」です。
disperse は「散布する、まき散らす」という意味の動詞です。
例：disperse anthrax「炭疽菌をまき散らす」
disperse は「広める、ちりばめる」という意味から「まばらにして消散する」という意味もあります。

timed to enhance ～ で「～を高めるタイミングで」です。
timed to ～ で「～するタイミングで」という意味の言い回しです。
enhance は「質を高める、よくする」という意味から、「引き立てる」という意味です。
例：enhance a company’s image「企業イメージを良くする」

何を引き立てるのかというと
your progress in a game or scenes in movies. で「あなたのゲームでの前進や映画のシーンを」です。
progress in a game で「ゲームでの進行」です。

via ヴァイアは「～を通して、経由して」という意味の前置詞（preposition）です。

release リリース は前出の disperse と同じような意味で「放出する、解き放つ」です。
replaceable は「置き換え可能な、取り替えできる」です。
