で「罪悪というのは人間の負の部分だと思う。そしてそれは電池のプラスとマイナスのようなもの。人は完全な人であるためにはマイナスとプラスを持たねばならない。」という意味になります。

I feel that ～ で「～だと感じる、～だと思う」です。
sin and evil are the negative part of you で「罪と悪はあなたのネガティブな部分だと」です。
sin and evil で「罪と悪、罪悪」です。
evil「悪、邪悪」は発音に注意しましょう。イーヴォとなります。
negative part で「負の部分、陰の部分、マイナス面」です。
of you の you はこの場合は「（一般的な）人」を指しています。

and I think it’s like a battery で「そしてそれは電池のようなものだと思う」です。
it’s like a ～ で「～のようなものだ」という意味です。
何かに「例えたい」時に使う言い回しですね。
battery は「バッテリー、電池」です。
野球のピッチャーとキャッチャーという意味でも使われます。
プラスとマイナスがある、一対であるということです。

you’ve got to have the negative and the positive in order to be a complete person. で「人は完全な人であるためにはマイナスとプラスを持たねばならない。」です。
you’ve got to ～ で「～しなければならない」です。
have got to ～ は have to ～ の口語表現で同じ意味になります。
例：I’ve got to leave at 10 o’clock.「10時には出なければならない。」
have the negative and the positive で「負の部分と正の部分を持つ」です。
in order to be ～ で「～でいるために、～であるために」です。
例：You’ve got to love in order to be loved.「愛されるためは、自分から愛さなければならない。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
