Tesla made about 9,300 more vehicles で「テスラは約約9,300台も多く生産した」となります。
about はこの場合は「約～、およそ」という意味です。
vihicle は「車、自動車、乗り物」という意味になります。
発音は、h を発音せずに、ヴィーィコォとなります。

than it delivered last year で「同社が去年出荷したよりも」です。
deliver は「配達する」という意味でおなじみですが、
この場合は会社が製品を「納品する、出荷する」という意味になります。
他に「出産する」という意味がある通り「世に送り出す」というイメージの動詞です。
例：promised delivery date「約束の納品日」、delivery quantity「出荷数量」

raising concerns among industry analysts で「業界のアナリストの間で心配する声が上がっている（中で）」という意味です。
raising ～ は分詞構文で「～が高まる中で」という意味になります。
raise concerns among ～ で「～の間で懸念が高まる」です。
raise は「上げる、高める、上がる、高まる」という意味の動詞です。
concern は「心配、懸念」です。
industry analyst は「業界アナリスト」です。

どんな懸念かというと、
(that) inventory is growing as demand for the company’s electric cars may be starting to wane.「同社の電気自動車への需要が衰え始めるかもしれない中で、その在庫は増えている」というい懸念です。
inventory is growing で「在庫が増えている」です。
inventory は「商品の在庫、棚卸資産」という意味の名詞です。
例：bad inventory「不良在庫」、closing inventory「期末棚卸高」
grow は「増大する、成長する、大きくなる」という意味の動詞です。
人や動植物が成長するという意味でも使いますが、今回は「（量や数が）増える」という意味で使われています。
例：growing danger「増大する危険」、growing income disparity「増大する所得格差」
as demand for the company’s electric cars may be starting to wane で「同社の電気自動車への需要が衰え始めるかもしれない中」です。
as ～ は「～する中、～しつつ」という意味の接続詞。同時進行を表します。
demand for the company’s electric cars で「その会社の電気自動車への需要」です。
demand は「需要」です。
例：demand and supply「需要と供給」
may be starting to wane で「衰え始めるかもしれない」です。
wane ウェインは「衰える、月が欠ける」という意味の動詞です。
例：in the wane「月が欠け始めて、落ち目になって」、wax and wane「月の満ち欠け」
