As we said before, a second ago, the recipe for success is money and the right people and the right market conditions. You should have success then. Look at TiVo.
で「先に述べた通り、成功の秘訣は、資金とふさわしい人材とふさわしい市場状況です。そうすれば成功をするはずです。TiVoの例を見てみましょう。」という意味になります。

As we said before で「先に述べた通り、前に言った通り」という意味です。
この場合の as は「～のように、～の通りで」という意味の接続詞（conjunction）です。

the recipe for success is ～ で「成功の秘訣は～」です。
the recipe for success は「成功のレシピ、成功の秘訣」です。

money and the right people and the right market conditions. で「資金とふさわしい人材とふさわしい市場状況」です。
money「お金」
the right people「ふさわしい人材」
the right market conditions「ふさわしい市場状況」
です。
right は「正しい」という意味の形容詞ですが、この場合は「ふさわしい、適した、理想の」という意味で使われています。
例：right man「ふさわしい男性」

You should have success then. で「そうすればあなたは成功を手にするはずです」です。
ここの should have ～ は現在完了のhave ではないので注意しましょう。
have success で「成功を収める」という意味の言い回しとなります。
should は推量「～するはずだ」という意味なので「成功を収めるはずだ」です。
then は「その時、その結果」という意味の副詞です。

Look at TiVo. で「TiVoの例を見てみましょう。」です。
TiVo は日本ではあまり知られていませんが、2000年代に流行ったテレビ自動録画サービスです。
番組表を使ってユーザーの好みの番組を探したり、連続番組の第1話を自動的に録画したりできるDVR機器・サービスです。
今のネットフリックスの先駆けのようなものです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
