Today, my idiot of a boss yelled at me because it’s physically impossible for me to be in two places at the same time, and that I’m not a magician. He didn’t understand that. FML
で「今日、あのアホの上司が私を怒鳴りつけた。私が、同時に二つの場所にいることは私には物理的に不可能だと言ったから。そして私はマジシャンじゃないと言ったから。彼はそれを理解できなかった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my idiot of a boss で「私のあのバカな上司」です。
idiot [イ]ディオットゥで「マヌケ、バカ、アホ」です。
idiot of a ～ で「バカな～」という意味でよく使われます。
例：that idiot of a salesperson「あのバカなセールスマン」

yelled at me で「私を怒鳴りつけた」となります。
yell ィエォで「怒鳴る、大声を上げる」という意味の動詞です。
例：yell for help「助けを求めて大声で叫ぶ」

because it’s physically impossible for me to be in two places at the same time で「なぜなら『私には同時に二つの場所にいることは物理的に無理です』と私が言ったから」です。
physically impossible で「物理的に無理、物理的に不可能だ」です。
physically は「物理的に」という意味の副詞です。
be in two places at the same time で「同時に二つの場所に存在する」です。

and that I’m not a magician. で「私はマジシャンではないと（言ったから）」です。

He didn’t understand that. で「彼はそれを理解しなかった」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
