Today, I sparkled because of this glitter bar my mother got me from Lush. I didn’t realize until after I got out of the shower that it wasn’t just ordinary soap. I tried to wipe off the glitter. It wouldn’t come off. FML
で「今日、私はキラキラしていた。母がLushで買ってきてくれたラメ入りの石鹸のせいで。それが普通の石鹸ではないということを私はシャワーから出るまで気づかなかった。ラメを拭き取ろうとしたけど、なかなか落ちなかった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I sparkled で「私はキラキラしていた、きらめいていた」です。
sparkle は「きらきらする、輝く、煌めく」という意味の動詞です。
例：sparkling gem「きらめく宝石」

because of this glitter bar my mother got me from Lush で「母がLush買ってきてくれたこのラメ入りの固形せっけんのせいで」です。
because of ～ で「～のために、～のせいで」です。
glitter bar とはこの場合は「ラメ入りの固形せっけん」という意味です。
液状の石鹸に対して、固形の石鹸を soap bar といいます。
石けんはもともと棒状で売っていたんですね。

glitter は動詞では sparkle と同じような意味で「ぴかぴか光る、輝く、きらりとする」という意味です。
この場合は名詞で「（化粧品などに入ってる）光を反射する小さな素材、グリッター」という意味です。
日本では「ラメ」と言ったりしますね。
例：glitter of a diamond「ダイヤモンドの輝き」

I didn’t realize until after I got out of the shower that ～ で「私は気づかなかった、シャワーから出てくるまで、～ということに」です。
I didn’t realize that ～ で「～だということに気付かなかった」です。
until after I got out of the shower で「シャワーから上がるまで」です。
until after ～ は「～が終わるまで、～の後まで」という意味の接続詞です。
get out of ～ で「～から出るまで」という意味の言い回しです。

何に気付かなかったかというと、
(that) it wasn’t just ordinary soap. で「それがただの普通のせっけんでないことを」です。
ordinary オーディネリは「ふつうの、ただの、一般の、ありふれた」という意味の形容詞です。
例：ordinary man「（どこにでもいるような）ふつうの人」

I tried to wipe off the glitter. It wouldn’t come off. で「私はそのグリッターを拭い取ろうとした。それは全然落ちない」です。
try to ～ で「～しようとする」です。
wipe off ～ で「～を拭き取る、ぬぐい取る」
the glitter はシャワーを浴びて全身についてしまったキラキラのラメのことですね。
It wouldn’t come off で「それはなかなか落ちてくれなかった」です。
come off は「（くっ付いているものが）とれる、はがれる、外れる」という意味の表現です。
例：A button came off.「ボタンが一つとれた」
come には「来る」以外に、come + 補語で「～の状態になる」という意味もあるんですね。
例：come true「現実になる」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
