で「さて、事実、歴史上の変革的なリーダーの中には内向型の人もいました。いくつか例を挙げてみましょう。エレノア・ルーズベルト、ローザ・パークス、ガンジーなど。これらの人たちはみな、自分が静かで穏やかな話し方をする、そしてさらにはシャイだと言っていました。」という意味になります。

some of our transformative leaders in history have been introverts. で「歴史上の変革的リーダーには内向型の人もいました」です。
some of ～ は「いくつかの～」ですが「～なものもいる（ある）」と訳するとしっくりきます。
transformative トゥランス[フォ]ーマティヴで「変革の、革新の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：transformative technology「革新の技術」

Eleanor Roosevelt は３２代アメリカ大統領フランクリン・ルーズベルトの妻で、婦人運動家・リベラル派として有名でした。
Rosa Parks はアメリカの公民権運動のきっかけを作った人で「公民権運動の母」と呼ばれる女性です。
Gandhi はインド独立の父「非暴力、不服従」で有名です。

all these people described themselves as quiet and soft-spoken and even shy. で「これらすべての人たちは、自分自身を～として言い表した、静かで穏やかな口調、さらにはシャイだと」です。
all these people で「これらすべての人達」です。前述の３人のことです。
described themselves as ～ で「自分自身を～として言い表した」です.
describe ディスクライヴは「言葉で表す、記述する、言い表す」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は description ディスクリプション「記述、説明、描写」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

内向型の人もいた
