Today, I had someone place two separate to-go orders, so that he could use two of his “25% off” coupons. He couldn’t understand why it wasn’t 50% off his total bill, no matter how many times I plainly explained it to him. FML
で「今日、ある男性のお客さんからの持ち帰りの注文を、別々の２つの注文にしてもらった。彼の25%オフのクーポンを二つとも使えるようにするために。彼は、私が何度もわかりやすく説明しても、なぜ総合計が50%オフにならなかったのかが理解できなかった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

ファストフード店か何かのキャッシャーの人の話ですね。

I had someone place two separate to-go orders, で「私はある人に～してもらった、二つ別々の持ち帰り注文を出してもらった」となります。
have ～ do … で「（人）に…してもらう、…させる」という意味が作れます。
have,make,let などの使役動詞（Causative Verbs）の場合は、後に来る動詞は原型になるので注意しましょう。
例：He had his secretary make copies of the report.「彼は秘書にレポートのコピーを取らせた。」
two separate orders で「2つ別々の注文」となりますね。
separate [セ]・パ・リトゥで「別れた、別々の」という意味の形容詞です。
形容詞の場合は、発音がセパリトゥとなり、動詞ではセパレイトゥとなります。
to-go は「お持ち帰り注文」のことですね。
例：For here or to-go?「（レジにて）店内ですか？お持ち帰りですか？」

so that he could use two of his “25% off” coupons. で「彼が使えるように、彼の25%offクーポンを２つ」です。
so that ～ は前述の文を受けて「～できるように」という意味になります。
so that he could use ～ なので「彼が～を使えるように」という意味になります。
彼が持っていた25%オフのクーポンを２つとも使えるように注文を２つに分けた、といういことですね。

He couldn’t understand why ～ で「彼は～がなぜなのかを理解できなかった」です。
why it wasn’t 50% off his total bill で「なぜそれが総計の50%オフにならなかったか」です。

no matter how many times I plainly explained it to him. で「何度～しても、私が分かりやすく彼に説明しても」です。
no matter ～ は「～でも関係なく」という意味の言い回しです。
今回は no matter how many ～ なので「どれだけ何回～しても」という意味になります。
plainly は「平易に、分かりやすく、はっきりと、明白に」という意味の副詞です。
例：put plainly「簡潔に言うと、つまるところ」、state plainly「はっきりという」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
