英語では Mediterranean ミディトゥ[レ]イニアン「地中海」です。

dispatched its new rescue ship Ocean Viking で「同団体の新しい救助船オーシャンバイキングを出発させた」となります。
dispatch は「～を送り出す、発送する」という意味の動詞です。
