で「そして私はよく、彼ら（両向型）が世界で一番良いものを持っていると思います。でも私たちの多くは自分自身を（内向型か外向型の）どちらかのタイプだと認識しています。そして私の言いたいことは、私たちは文化的な意味で、バランスをもっとよくする必要があるということです。」という意味になります。

And I often think that ～ で「そして私はよく～だと考えます」です。
they have the best of all worlds. で「彼らはは世界で最高のものを持っていると」です。
they とは前回出てきたambivertsのことです。
introverts と extroverts のちょうど真ん中のタイプですね。
the best of all worlds で「全世界で最高のもの」です。
of all worlds で「あらゆる世界の中で」という意味の決まり文句ですね。

But many of us do recognize ourselves as one type or the other で「でも、私たちの多くが、自分自身を～として認識している、どちらかのタイプとして」です。
many of us で「私たちの多くが」です。
do recognize で「認識している」です。do は強調のdoです。
この場合は「はっきりと認識している」という意味合いです。
one type or the other で「一つのタイプか、もう一方のタイプか」です。
one ～ or the other は「～かもう一方か」という意味の言い回しです。

what I’m saying is that ～ で「私が言っていることは～ということだ」です。
「私は何が言いたいのかというと～」という意味合いです。
結論をまとめる時の言い方ですね。

なんと言いたいのかというと、
culturally, we need a much better balance. で「文化の面で、私たちはもっと良いバランスが必要だ」です。
a much better balance とは introvert と extrovert でバランスをとるということですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

彼らは世界中で一番いいものを持っているのかもしれません
