で「社会主義とは、落第者の哲学だ、無知な者の信条だ、そして妬みの福音だ、その持ち前の美徳は、惨めさの公平な共有だ。」という意味になります。

socialism は「社会主義」ですね。
では、対して「資本主義」はなんと言うでしょう？
答えは今日のつぶやきで。

a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy で「落第者の哲学、無知な者の信条、そして妬みの福音」です。
a philosophy of failure で「失敗者の哲学」です。
failure は「失敗」という意味から「落第した人」という意味もあります。
success 「成功、成功者」と対になっています。
要するに社会主義とは、成功できなかった者たちの哲学である、ということです。
the creed of ignorance は「無知な人の信条」です。
ignorance [イ]グ・ナ・ランスは「無知、無学」です。
例：be ignorant of the law「法律について無知である」
creed クリードゥは「信条、教義」という意味の名詞です。
例：political creed「政治的信念」
the gospel of envy で「妬みの福音」です。
gospel はゴスペルソングのイメージが強いですがもともとは「福音」という意味です。
福音とは、福音書にしるされているキリストの生涯と教えのことで「教義、金科玉条、絶対的な真実」という意味です。

its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. で「その固有の美徳は、惨めさの平等な共有だ」です。
皮肉屋のチャーチルらしい言い方ですね。
its inherent virtue の its は socialism’s のことです。
inherent イン・[ヒァ]・ラントゥは「元から備わっている、生来の、持って生まれた」という意味の形容詞です。
virtue は「美徳、美点、良い点、長所」です。
対義語は vice ヴァイス「悪徳」です。
社会主義の良いところは何かというと、
is the equal sharing of misery で「惨めさの平等な共有」です。
惨めな気持ちをみんなで平等に共有しよう、という思想だと言うことですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
