ランニングから家に戻ってみてびっくり。

Today, after getting home from my morning run, I found my brand new leather couch with scratches all over it and smelling of cat piss. I don’t have a cat. FML
で「今日、朝のジョギングから家に帰ると、新品の革のソファーがひっかき傷だらけになっていた。そして猫のオシッコの匂いも。私は猫を飼っていない。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

after getting home from my morning run, で「朝のジョギングから家に帰ると」となります。
after ～ing で「～した後」という意味になります。
get home は「家に帰る」
get home from ～ で「～から帰宅する」です。

I found my brand new leather couch with scratches all over it で「私は発見した、私の新品のレザーソファーがひっかき傷だらけなのを」です。
brand new leather couch で「新品の革張りソファー」です。
couch カウチは日本でいう「ソファー」です。
scratches all over it で「そのソファーのいたる所にひっかき傷」です。
all over ～ で「～のいたるところに、～一面に」という意味です。
例：all over Europe「ヨーロッパ全土に」

and smelling of cat piss そして「猫のおしっこの匂い」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

朝のジョギングから帰宅すると
