で「私には引退する予定はない。仕事と遊びの完璧なコンビネーションが若さを保つことになるから。もし仕事をやめたとしたら、それは私の終わりの始まりになるだろう。」という意味になります。

I have no plans to retire. で「私は引退する予定がない」です。
I have no plans to ～ で「～する予定はない」という言い回しです。
retire リタイアは「引退する、退職する」です。
retirement で「退職」です。

It’s the perfect combination of work and play that keeps you young. で「それは完璧なコンビネーションだ、仕事と遊びの、人を若く保つ」です。
keep ～ … で「～を…にしておく」という意味になります。

If I quit work で「もし私が仕事をやめたら」です。
仮定法過去（second conditional）の形です。
quit は「仕事などをやめる、中止する」という意味です。
過去形も同形の動詞です。

it would be the beginning of the end for me. で「それは私にとって終わりの始まりになることだろう」です。
the beginning of the end で「終わりの始まり、終焉の幕開け」となります。
