At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.
で「折に触れて、私たち自身の火は消え、しかしまた別の人の火花によって灯される。私たち皆が、自分の内なる炎に灯をつけた人たちのことを深く感謝しながら考えるのももっともである。」という意味になります。

At times は「時に、時々、折に触れ」という意味です。
sometimes とほぼ同じ意味です。

our own light goes out で「私たち自身の灯は消える」です。
light は「日、光」という意味もありますが、この場合は「火の光、ともしび」ですね。
go out は「（火が、明かりが）消える」という意味です。

and is rekindled by a spark from another person で「そして再度灯される、別の人からの火花（火の粉）によって」です。
rekindle で「再び灯す」です。
kindle キンドォで「火をつける、灯をともす」です。
spark は「火花、火の粉」です。
また比ゆ的に「（刺激となる）人の元気、活気」という意味もあります。

Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of ～ で「我々がそれぞれ、～のことを考えるのももっともだ、深い感謝を持ちながら」です。
have cause to ～ で「～する理由を持つ」ですが「～するのももっともだ」という意味にもなります。
have good cause to ～ とも言えます。
cause はこの場合は名詞（noun）で「理由、要因」です。
think with deep gratitude of ～ は、分解すると、
think of ～ の間に、with deep gratitude「深い感謝の念をもって」が挿入された形ですね。
think of ～ は「～のことを考える、～を思い出す」です。

何のことを考えるのかというと、
think of those who ～ で「～な人々のことを考える」です。
those who ～ の those は those people「～の人々」という意味になります。

(those who) have lighted the flame within us. で「火をつけた（人たち）、私たちの内部の炎に」です。
within us で「私たちの内部の、我々の内なる」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

時々

私たち自身の灯は消える

and is rekindled by a spark from another person.
そしてまた別の人の火花によって灯される

私たちがそれぞれ
