腕の立つ彼女。

Today, I was wrestling with my boyfriend, trying to prove to him that I was stronger. I did. He started crying. He then broke up with me because he couldn’t be in a relationship in which his girlfriend was stronger than him. FML

Today, I was wrestling with my boyfriend, trying to prove to him that I was stronger. I did. He started crying. He then broke up with me because he couldn’t be in a relationship in which his girlfriend was stronger than him. FML
で「今日、私は彼とレスリングをした。私の方が強いことを証明しようとして。そして私は勝ってそれを証明した。彼は泣き出した。そして私と別れると言った。彼女の方が強い男女関係の中では付き合っていられないと言って。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was wrestling with my boyfriend, で「私は彼氏とレスリングをしていた」です。
wrestle レスォで「レスリングをする、取っ組み合って格闘する、相撲を取る」という意味です。

trying to prove to him that I was stronger. で「～しようとして、彼に証明しようと、私の方が強いことを」です。
try to ～ で「～しようとする」です。
prove … で「～を証明する」です。to him が入って「彼に」ですね。
prove (that) I was stronger で「私の方が強いことを証明する」です。

I did. で「私は～をした。」ですが、この文脈から did は prove を指していると分かりますね。
要するに「私は実際に（彼に勝って）～を証明した」ということです。

He started crying. で「彼は泣き出した」です。
start ～ing の形で「～しだす」となります。

He then broke up with me because ～ で「彼はその後、私と別れた、なぜなら～」です。
break up with ～ で「～と別れる、～と関係を断つ」です。
例：break up with one’s boyfriend「彼氏と別れる」
他の言い方、dump ～「～を捨てる、～を振る」や、
leave ～ で「～と別れる、～を置いて去る」なども覚えておきましょう。

because he couldn’t be in a relationship で「なぜなら彼は付き合っていられない」です。
be in a relationship で「男女の関係にある、付き合っている」という意味の言い回しです。
例：She is in a relationship with her subordinate.「彼女は部下と男女関係にある。」
be dating with ～ とも言えます。
例：He’s dating with my friend.「彼は私の友達と付き合っている。」

(in which) his girlfriend was stronger than him. で「（その関係の中で）自分の彼女が自分より強い（という関係）」です。
in which ～ は前置詞を伴った関係代名詞節です。
直前の relationship を修飾していて「その関係の中で」という意味になります。
例：castle in which there are many rooms「たくさんの部屋があるお城」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

I was wrestling with my boyfriend,
私は彼氏とレスリングをしていた

trying to prove to him
彼に～を証明しようとして

that I was stronger.
私の方が強いことを

I did.
