で「今日、最近までいたルームメイトの子が、彼女が飲んだ空のワインボトルを５カ月の間シンクの下に並べつづけていたことを知った。今回、それらを見つけた清掃の女性が私がアルコール依存症だと思って、家主に言いつけると脅してきた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I found out (that) ～ で「～だという事を知った、分かった」です。
I discovered that ～ とも言えます。

my last roommate で「私の最後のルームメイト」です。
last は「最後の、すぐ前の」です。

had been stacking her empty wine bottles under the sink for the last 5 months. で「彼女の空のワインボトルを積み上げ続けていた、シンクの下に、５か月間も」です。
stack は「～を山積みにする」です。元は干し草を山に積み重ねるイメージになります。
そこから「書類などを積み重ねる、一時的に保管する、棚などに並べる」となります。

The cleaning lady who found them now で「今になってそれらを見つけた清掃の女性」です。
それらとは empty wine bottles のことです。
thinks I’m an alcoholic, で「～だと思い、私がアルコール依存症だと」です。

and threatened to report me to my landlord. で「で、私を大家に報告すると脅した」です。
threaten スレトゥンは「脅す、脅迫する」です。
名詞形は threat ス[レ]トゥで「脅し、脅迫」です。
landlord は「大家、地主、家主」です。
