Toyoda Gosei Co Ltd has developed a deep UV LED light module for use in the sterilization of water, air, and surfaces. These new modules take advantage of the technology that the company has accumulated over 30 years in the development and production of blue LEDs.
で「豊田合成株式会社が、水、空気、表面などの殺菌に用いられる深紫外線LEDライトを開発した。これらの新モジュールは、同社が30年間ブルーLEDの開発・生産で積み上げてきた技術を活用している。」という意味になります。

Toyoda Gosei Co Ltd has developed a deep UV LED light module で「豊田合成株式会社が深紫外線LEDライトを開発した」です。
UV は ultraviolet の略で紫外線です。
ちなみに、赤外線は infrared で IR と略します。
module とは、機器やシステムの一部を構成するひとまとまりの機能を持った部品で、交換可能なもののことです。

for use in the sterilization of water, air, and surfaces で「～の用途で、水・空気・表面の殺菌の」です。
for use in ～ で「～で用いるために、～用に」という意味の言い回しです。
ここでの use は名詞ですので発音はユーズではなくユースとなります。
sterilization ステ・ラ・リ・[ゼ]イ・ションは「殺菌・消毒」です。
形容詞形は sterile ス[テ]ロォで「殺菌した、無菌の、無精子の、不妊の」です。
例：sterile bottle「滅菌した瓶」、sterile land「不毛の土地」、sterile men「無精子症の男性」
動詞形は sterilize ス[テ]ラライズで「殺菌する、滅菌する、不妊にする」です。
例：sterilized food「滅菌食」、sterilized room「無菌室」

These new modules take advantage of the technology (that ～) で「これらの新モジュールは、～な技術を活用している」です。
take advantage of ～ で「～を活用する、生かす」です。
ここではポジティブ（いい意味）に使われていますが、
「悪用する」という意味でちょっとネガティブな意味でも使われます。
例：take advantage of a loophole in copyright law「著作権法の抜け穴を巧みに利用する（悪用する）」

どんな技術を活用しているかというと、
(the technology that) the company has accumulated over 30 years で「同社が３０年以上積み上げてきた（技術）」です。
accumulate ア・[キュ]・ミュ・レイトゥで「堆積させる、積み重ねる」です。
例：accumulate a fund「資金をためる」、accumulate a surplus「余剰金を蓄積する」

in the development and production of blue LEDs. で「青色LEDの開発と製造の中で」です。
