エリザベス・ギルバート氏によるTEDスピーチ「創造性をはぐくむには」です。

So when I heard that I was like — that’s uncanny, that’s exactly what my creative process is like. That’s not at all what my creative process is — I’m not the pipeline! I’m a mule, and the way that I have to work is I have to get up at the same time every day, and sweat and labor and barrel through it really awkwardly.

So when I heard that I was like — that’s uncanny, that’s exactly what my creative process is like. That’s not at all what my creative process is — I’m not the pipeline! で「それを聞いた時、私は思いました。まさか！私の創作プロセスと全く同じだと。（会場笑い）　嘘です。私の創作プロセスは全然違います。私はパイプラインじゃないですし、私は頑固者ですから。どんな風に仕事しなきゃいけないかというと、同じ時間に毎朝おきて、汗水たらして働かないといけません。そしてそのプロセスを不器用ながら突き進んでいます。」という意味になります。

So when I heard that I was like — that’s uncanny, で「なので、それを聞いた時、私は～な感じだった、実に不思議だと」です。
when I heard that で「それを聞いた時」です。
この that はthat節ではなく、ただの代名詞で「それ」という意味です。
I was like ～ で「私は～な感じだった」という意味です。
that’s uncanny はセリフ的に「それは不思議だ、それは妙だ」という意味合いです。
例：When I heard what he said, I was like, huh?「彼の言ったことを聞いた時、私はえっ？という感じだった。」
uncanny アン[キャ]ニは「異様な、奇妙な、不気味なほど不思議な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：uncanny silence「不気味な静けさ」

that’s exactly what my creative process is like. で「それはまさに私の創作プロセスと同じだったから」です。
that’s exactly what ～ like で「それは～がどんな風かとまさに同じ」です。
exactly で「正確に、ちょうど、完全に」です。
what my creative process is like で「私の創作プロセスがどんな感じか」です。

スピーチを聴くと、ここで会場に笑いが起きて話者のエリザベス・ギルバートさんもまじめな顔をした後に笑っていますので、これが冗談だという事が分かりますね。

That’s not at all what my creative process is — で「それは私の創作プロセスとは全然違います」です。
先ほどの発言は嘘で、本当は・・・ということですね。
That’s not at all what ～ で「～なものとは全然違う」です。
さっきの that’s exactly what ～ との対比です。

I’m not the pipeline! I’m a mule, で「私はパイプラインではない、私はラバだ」です。
pipeline は石油や天然資源などを遠くからパイプで送る輸送管路です。
詩人ルース・ストーンさんのエピソードを揶揄して、詩が遠くから猛スピードで向かってくる（barrel down）のがパイプラインのようだという事でしょうか。
mule は「ラバ」という意味ですが、ここではパイプラインに対して、ゆっくりだけどコツコツやる人（輸送手段）という意味合いです。

and 「そして」
the way that I have to work is ～ で「私が取り組まねばならないやり方は～だ」です。

どういうやり方かというと、
(that) I have to get up at the same time every day, で「私は毎日同じ時間に起きなければならない」です。
and sweat and labor and barrel through it really awkwardly.「そして、汗をかきせっせと労働する、そして、とても不器用にそれを全力で行う」です。
sweat スウェットゥで名詞では「汗」、動詞では「汗をかいて労働する、あくせく働く」です。
labor レイバーも同じで「労働する、骨折り仕事をする」です。
barrel through it で「それを全速力で突き抜ける」です。
it とは「あくせく働くこと」です。
awkwardly [オ]ークワードゥリィは「ぎこちなく、不器用に」です。
例：smile awkwardly「ぎこちなく笑う、気まずそうに微笑む」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

So when I heard that
だからそれを聞いた時は

I was like — that’s uncanny,
私は「まさか」という感じでした

that’s exactly what
（なぜなら）全く同じだから

my creative process is like.
私の創作プロセスの感じと

That’s not at all what
（嘘でした笑）それは全然違います

my creative process is —
私の創作プロセスとは

I’m not the pipeline!
私パイプラインではないです

I’m a mule,
私はコツコツ派です

and the way that I have to work is
私が取り組まねばならいやり方は

I have to get up at the same time every day,
