with four astronauts で「4人の宇宙飛行士が乗った」です。
capsule とは同社のカプセル型宇宙船クルードラゴンのことです。同社のロケット「ファルコン9」によって打ち上げられます。
astronaut [ア]ストゥロナトゥで「宇宙飛行士」となります。発音注意。
語源は、astro-（宇宙）＋ naut（sailor=航海者）です。

arrived at ～ で「～に到着する」です。

(at) the International Space Station, their new home until spring. で「国際宇宙センター（に）、（そこは）彼らの新しい家となる、春までの」です。

The Dragon capsule pulled up and docked で「宇宙船ドラゴンのカプセルは停止しドッキングした」です。
