Today, I was at a job interview and thought the guy interviewing me was a bit of a perv because he kept staring down at my cleavage. Afterwards, I realised what he was really looking at: the wire in my bra had popped out and had been poking right through my shirt like a dagger. FML
で「今日、仕事の面接を受けていて、その面接官の男がちょっと変態っぽいと思った。なぜなら彼は私の胸の谷間をじっと見続けていたから。後になって彼が見ていたものが何だったのかが分かった。シャツを突き抜けて短剣のように飛び出したブラのワイヤーだった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was at a job interview で「私は仕事の採用面接に出席していた」です。
be at ～ で「～に出席して」という意味になります。
a job interview で「ある仕事の面接」です。
job interview で「（仕事の）採用面接」です。
interview は「（マスコミなどの）取材、記者会見」という意味と、今回のように「面接」という意味があります。

and thought the guy interviewing me was a bit of a perv で「そして（私は）思った、私を面接していた男性がちょっと変態っぽいなと」です。
thought (that) ～ で「～だと思った」です。
the guy interviewing me までが主語で「私を面接していた男性」です。
was a bit of a perv で「～が、ちょっと変質者っぽかった」です。
a bit of ～ で「ちょっと～な」という意味の表現です。
perv パーヴは pervert [パ]ヴァートゥの略で「変質者、変態、痴漢」という意味の名詞です。
例：I ran into a pervert in the train.「電車で痴漢に会っちゃった。」
また動詞としては「屈折させる」という意味があります。
例：perverted sexuality「性的倒錯」、perverted sense of justice「屈折した正義感」

because he kept staring down at my cleavage. で「なぜなら、彼は私の胸の谷間をずっと見下ろしていたから」です。
keep staring at ～ で「～をずっと見つめ続ける」です。
cleavage ク[リ]ーヴィジで「（胸の）谷間」です。
元の意味は「亀裂、裂け目、分裂部」という意味です。
例：bottom cleavage「お尻の割れ目」、cell cleavage「細胞分裂」
動詞形は cleave クリーヴで「～を割る、～を裂く、開裂する」です。

Afterwards, I realised what he was really looking at で「その後、私は気が付いた、彼が本当は何を見ていたかを」です。
realise [リ]ーアライズで「～を気付く、～だとわかる」です。
アメリカ式英語では realize とも書きます。
what he was really looking at でひとつの名詞句で「彼が本当に見ていたもの」となります。

:（コロン）で「すなわち、つまりそれは～」

the wire in my bra had popped out で「私のブラのワイアー、飛び出ていた」です。
ブラの中のワイアーですね。
(that) had popped out で「（それは）飛び出てしまっていた」です。
pop は音からできた動詞で「（ポンと、パンと）はじける」という意味です。

and had been poking right through my shirt で「そして（それは）突き抜けてしまっていた、私のシャツを」です。
poke ポウクは「突く、つつく」という意味の動詞です。
poke through ～ で「～を突き抜ける」となります。
poke right through ～ の right は強調の意味で「完全に、すっかり」と言った意味合いです。
例：right through the summer「夏の間ずっと」
like a dagger. で「短剣みたいに」です。
dagger は「短剣、短刀」です。RPG好きの人にはおなじみかと思います。
