で「コロナウイルスの検査センターで働く50代の女性は言った。『みんなあちこち動き回っているので、緊急事態宣言を延長しても、感染数は下がらないと思う。』」という意味になります。

A woman in her 50s で「50代のある女性」です。
in one’s 00s の言い方は「＿十代の～」という意味の表現です。
例：employees in their 20s「20代の会社員」

who works at a coronavirus testing center で「コロナウイルス検査センターで働く（その女性）」です。
who ～ は a woman を主語にとった関係代名詞です。

said, ～「～だと言った」

People are moving around so ～ で「人々は動き回っている、だから～」です。

I don’t think (that) ～「～だと私は思わない」

the number of infections will decrease で「感染者数が下がるだろう（とは）」です。
infection インフェクションは「感染」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は infect「～を感染させる」です。
形容詞形は infectious で「感染力のある、感染性の」となります。
decrease ディク[リ]ースは「減少する、下がる」です。
decline ディク[ラ]イン とも言えます。
反対語は increase インク[リ]ース「増加する、増す」です。

despite ～ で「～にもかかわらず、～をよそに」という意味の前置詞です。
in spite of ～ とも言えます。

the extension of emergency. で「緊急事態の延長」です。
extension は「延長、拡大」という意味の名詞です。
例：extension code「延長コード」
emergency は「緊急事態」です。
state of emergency とも言います。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
