And you need to do that in a way that does not call into question your confidence in their abilities, but leaves not too much room for interpretation that their work, the work that they’ve done for this particular thing is not good enough to support the goal of the team.

And you need to do that in a way that ~ で「そしてあなたは、それをする必要がある、~なやり方で」です。

(in a way that) does not call into question your confidence in their abilities,
your confidence in their abilities,

leaves not too much room for interpretation that ~ で「あまり多くの余地を残さない(ような方法で)、~という解釈の余地を」です。

(that) their work, the work that they’ve done for this particular thing

is not good enough to ~ で「が、~するには十分ではない、いまいちである、不十分だ」です。
to support the goal of the team.

And you need to do that

in a way that

does not call into question

your confidence in their abilities,

but

leaves not too much room for interpretation

that

their work,

the work that they’ve done for this particular thing

is not good enough

to support the goal of the team.

And you need to do that

in a way that

does not call into question

your confidence in their abilities,

but

leaves not too much room for interpretation

that

their work,

the work that they’ve done for this particular thing

is not good enough

to support the goal of the team.

And you need to do that
in a way that
does not call into question
your confidence in their abilities,
but
leaves not too much room for interpretation
that
their work,
the work that they’ve done for this particular thing
is not good enough
to support the goal of the team.

And you need to do that
in a way that
does not call into question
your confidence in their abilities,
but
leaves not too much room for interpretation
that
their work,
the work that they’ve done for this particular thing
is not good enough
to support the goal of the team.
