Today, I’m sitting in the ER pissed off at my teenage sons. They’re both violently ill from doing a shot contest to see who could drink the most. Alcohol poisoning? Nope. Caffeine overdose. They lost track of how many shots of espresso they were doing before they started puking and shaking. FML
で「今日、私は二人の息子たちに腹を立てて緊急救命室に座っている。彼らは、どちらがたくさん飲めるかの飲み比べをやって二人とも激しく体調が悪い状態だ。アルコール中毒かって？ いや、カフェインの過剰摂取だ。彼らは自分たちがエスプレッソを今どれだけ飲んだのかわからなくなって、その後、嘔吐して体が震え出したのだ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I’m sitting in the ER で「私は病院の救急に座っている」です。
sit in で「～に居る、～に座っている」です。
ER はドラマでおなじみの「救命治療室（emergency room）」です。
救急車で運ばれるところのイメージです。

pissed off at my teenage sons. で「私の10代の息子たちに腹を立てながら」です。
(being) pissed off で「腹を立てて、頭にきて」という意味です。
being が省略された形の分詞構文です。受動態の分詞構文はこのようによく being が省略されます。
例：Filled with pride, he walked towards the stage.「自信満々で、彼はステージに向かった。」
teenage「10代の」、teenager「10代の子」です。
厳密には thirteen ～ nineteen と語尾に teen が付く年齢を指します。

They’re both violently ill from ～ で「彼らは、どちらも、激しく体調が悪い、～のせいで」です。
both が出てきたので息子は二人だとわかります。
violently は直訳だと「暴力的に」ですが、ここでは
violently ill で「猛烈に体調が悪い」という意味になっています。
例：cough violently「激しく咳き込む」
be ill from ～ で「～で体調が悪い」という意味です。
from ～ の、病気や損害などの原因を表す用法です。
例：suffer from ～「～を患う、～に苦しむ」、die from ～「～がもとで死ぬ」

何が原因で ill 体調が悪いかというと、
ill from doing a shot contest で「ショットコンテストをやったせいで」です。
shot contest はショットグラスの shot でいわゆる飲み比べですね。

to see who could drink the most. で「誰が一番飲めるかを確かめるために」です。
see who ～ で「誰が～かを確かめる」です。
see 疑問詞（or if）～ で「～かどうかを確かめる」という意味の言い回しです。
例：see whether ～「～かどうかを確かめる」, see where ～「どこが～かを確認する」
could drink the most で「一番飲める」です。
the most は最上級の表現です。慣習的に the が付きますが副詞となります。

Alcohol poisoning? Nope. で「アルコール中毒か？いや違う。」です。
shot contest ということなのでアルコール中毒（poisoning）かと思いきや、そうではないとのこと。
Caffeine overdose. で「カフェインの過剰摂取だ」です。
overdose [オ]ウ・ヴァー・ドウスで「過剰摂取」です。
dose は「（投薬の）一回分、一服」を意味します。

They lost track of ～ で「彼らは～を見失った、」です。
lose track of ～ で「～の現状が分からなくなる、今どれくらいかを見失う」です。
how many shots of espresso they were doing で「何回目のショットか、彼が飲んでいるの（ショットが）」です。

before they started puking and shaking. で「その後、嘔吐と身震いがしてきた」です。
この before ～ は「～する前に」という意味でもOKですが、前後関係を整理して「その後～した」と訳した方がしっくりくる場合が多いです。
puke で「嘔吐する、吐く」、shake で「身震いする」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
