Already gaining ～ on social media, までの部分が分詞構文となって「すでに～を獲得している中で・・・」といった意味になっています。
gain millions of likes で「数百万のいいねを獲得する」です。
ここでの like はSNSなどでよくある「いいね」マークのことですね。
(likes) for his photos and videos で「彼の写真や動画への（いいね）」です。
どんな写真や動画かというと、
featuring his model cats wearing colorful designs で「～を呼び物とした、彼のモデルの猫たち、カラフルなデザインを着た」です。
feature [フィ]ーチャーは「～を呼び物とする、～を特徴とする、～を前面に出す」と言った意味の動詞です。
例：featured actor「主演俳優」、goods featuring popular character「人気キャラクターをあしらった商品」
future [フュ]ーチャー「未来」と発音・綴りともに間違えないように注意しましょう。
posted on social media, で「ソーシャルメディアに投稿された（写真や動画）」です。
social media で「SNS」のことです。Instagram, Twitter, facebook などのことです。
日本ではよく使われる SNS（Social Networking Service）という呼称ですが、
英語圏ではあまり使われずに social media と呼ばれています。

Fredi has longed to ～ で「フレディ氏は～したいと熱望している」です。
long はここでは動詞で「熱望する、切望する、思い焦がれる」です。
例：longing eyes「切望するような目」

see what Japan’s cat lovers think of ～ で「～がどうかを確かめる、日本の猫愛好家たちが～をどう思うかを」です。
see what ～ で「～が何かを確かめる」です。
see + 疑問詞（または if や whether）で「～かを確かめる」という意味です。
例：I’ll see who it is.「誰が来たか見てきます。」
think of his “haute couture” で「彼のオートクチュールを（どう）思うか」です。
haute couture [オ]ウト・クチュァで「注文仕立ての服」です。
既成の服ではなく、客から注文を受けてから仕立てる高級な服のことです。
haute オウトゥ単体でも「高級な」という意味で使えます。
例：haute restaurant「高級店」

because of the country’s image で「その国のイメージのために」です。
the country は日本を指しています。
どんなイメージかというと、
as a global fashion trendsetter, で「世界のファッション仕掛け人としての（イメージ）」です。
trendsetter は「トレンドをセットする人」から「流行発信者、流行の仕掛人」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
